IoT Heat Pump Dashboard
Stepped in to lead and rearchitect a real-time dashboard that visualised live heat pump data. By redesigning data flows and switching to DynamoDB for current state storage, we reduced infrastructure costs by 95%. This project also involved batching optimizations, AWS Lambda workflows, and frontend performance tuning in Vue 3.

Migrated a charity's legacy CRM into a performant custom-built platform. Architected the solution using VueJS for the frontend and EF Core for backend APIs. Deployed environment-specific resources using CloudFormation and AWS Step Functions, allowing for more maintainable and scalable deployments.
